Can you help me figure out this old Italian soup recipe?

It's a traditional recipe--Tuscan I think--that features red wine. In fact I think it was called zuppa di vino rosso. I'm not talking about a recipe that just USES wine, but one in which the wine was the predominant flavor. It was made with chicken stock--maybe an egg yolk?--but it didn't have a lot of other ';stuff'; (vegetables or meat) in it. I've lost the recipe but would like to make it as a first course for Thanksgiving. Please help me out if you can! Thanks. Can you help me figure out this old Italian soup recipe?
I have a cookbook called ';Zuppa: Soups from the Italian Countryside'; by Anne Bianche. I have been looking but haven't found anything close yet. Nothing with that title. There is a poor man's wine soup that has 3 ingredients including wine, The other two ingredients are chestnut flour and water. Can you help me figure out this old Italian soup recipe?

Didn't find the recipe you spelled out - maybe you'll recognize something there.
I'm an Italian cook who's never heard of this soup but I think LYDIA (PBS channel 13 NYC) can help you with this. She is the best authentic Italian cook. You should eMail her for your answer. Sorry but I thought I could get this one.
