Would someone please share a tomato soup recipe made from fresh tomato?

I have an overabundance and I'm burnt out on making salsa.Would someone please share a tomato soup recipe made from fresh tomato?
6 medium tomatoes blanched and skins removed


1 small onion chopped


2 cloves garlic minced


2 Tbsp Butter


2 Tbsp Tomato paste


4 cups Chicken stock,


2 cups water


1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt


Parsley, seasonings to taste.


seed your tomatoes, and roughly chop, saute with garlic and onion till onion is translucent. add Tomato paste, Chicken stock and water. Simmer about 30 min. At this point you can add things like Italian seasoning, or taco seasoning if you like. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream. Do not boil. garnish with parlsey. I don't have a recipe off the top of my head, but I found a website a year or so ago and you can enter the ingredients you have and what you want to make with them and it pulls up recipes and reviews. I'm addicted and I swear I learned how to cook from the website! It's www.allrecipes.com

2 tablespoons butter


1 onion, chopped


2 tablespoons all-purpose flour


1 quart tomato juice


salt to taste


2 cups milk





In a Dutch oven, over medium heat, saute onions in butter until translucent. Remove from the heat. Stir in the flour so that no lumps remain, then slowly whisk in the tomato juice. Return to the heat and add salt to taste. Cook until just boiling but turn off the heat before it boils. Let cool 10 minutes then slowly stir in milk. Serve immediately.
Recipe:





1 Small onion finely diced


2 Fresh Chili diced


2 Cloves Garlic finely sliced


1 Teaspoon Olive Oil


1 Handful of fresh Basil torn


1lb Tomato, seeded and skinned


Salt and Pepper


Sour Cream (optional)


Chopped Chives (optional)





Method:





Heat the oil and add the onion and garlic. Once the onion is translucent add the tomato and chili and simmer.





Once the tomato has broken down completely add water if you want a thinner soup, otherwise season to taste and finally add the torn basil, (if desired add a dollop of sour cream and chopped chives on top).





Serve with crusty bread.





This is a simple recipe, once you know how you like it then you can tinker to change it, for example remove the chili and add some orange zest and juice instead to make it more refreshing, (ideal in the summer when the soup can be served chilled).

blanch the tomatoes and then sieve them through, just add a knob of butter, salt, pepper, any herb that you fancy i prefer a bit of oregano(because they go well with tomato) or basil which I've started using abit of it lately and also a few pinches of sugar then add a bit of cream at the end.

1/4 cup butter


1/4 cup all-purpose flour


1 cup water


6 med. tomatoes, peeled and diced fine


1 Tbsp. minced parsley


1 1/4 tsp. salt


1 tsp. sugar


1/4 cup diced onions


1/4 tsp. pepper


1/2 tsp. thyme


1 bay leaf





In a 3 or 4 quart saucepan, cook the onion in butter until tender. Stir in


flour until blended. Gradually stir in water. Add tomatoes and remaining


ingredients. Heat mixture until boiling, then reduce heat and simmer 30


minutes. Stir frequently. Add additional water if needed. Discard bay leaf.


Makes 4 servings.
