Yikes! I recommend going to a health food store and buying a protein powder to make shakes. Buy chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. I make these in the morning several times a week, they a filling and loaded with protein. I use crushed ice and water, yogurt, bananas, strawberries and other fruits. You can use milk for added calories and nutrition. Any cream soup like tomato, potato or mushroom. Use the blender for any chunks and heat.
Cheese soups, beef broth soups, and Egg Nogs!
You can put any soup or stew in the blender or food processor and then thin it down enough to go through the straw.
My dad got kicked in the face by a horse and it broke his jaws. He could only eat through a straw. Mom made him egg nogs and blender soups a lot.
Do the traditional egg custard then thin it with cream or regular milk for more protein and also so it will go through the straw..

Cook the stew meat with beer or teabag to super tenderize it. Then put it with some cooked vegetables through the food processor or blender so it is smooth. Thin with enough beef broth to make a good straw sip subatance. You can add any grated cheese to it while it is hot and it will melt and whiz in the blender also.
Flavors are very important here as everything will be sort of yuck looking.
Actually, any food can be pureed. Just puree in a food processor or blender. Here's a great site that talks about it for the beginner. It also includes recipes:
