Homemade Potato Soup Recipes?

I have a bag of white potatoes, shredded cheese, instant potatoes, butter and milk. If you have any good recipes that I could use with these ingredients, I would appreciate it. Thank you!Homemade Potato Soup Recipes?
Chop up 2-3 potatos into small pieces and boil them in enhough chicken stock that just covers them if you have it, if not you can use water but I suggest adding some salt and pepper. If you have some carrots and celeery on hand, chop them up really small (blender will do a good job) and throw them into the boiling pot. Once the potatos are to the point that they are falling part, throw in the butter, some milk and mix. Last, throw in the cheese.Homemade Potato Soup Recipes?
